Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.
Returns
We accept returns if you are not satisfied with the design or if the product does not meet your expectations.
Please note that returns are not accepted on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive your desired item is to return the original product. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that additional time may be required for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
