ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In case of high order volumes, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Carvassi currently ships across Pakistan only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

DELAYS AND UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

Carvassi is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. Carvassi will not be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
